The Small Print and Inclusions
The above rates are quoted in Thai Baht per room per calender month, inclusive of 7% government VAT on a Room Only basis
The monthly rates includes a once per week housekeeping service
and FREE WIFI Internet connectivity
The monthly rates are subject to additional charges of:
30 Baht per unit for Water Supply (A Minimum charge of 120 Baht per calender month will be applied in case usuage is below 4 units) 
8 Baht unit for Electric Supply charged per calender month
The above rates are subject to change without notice and stipulated
in the main contractual agreements.
NO pets are allowed at Pattra Mansion by AKSARA Collection
Please kindly note that SMOKING is NOT allowed in our appartments but guests may smoke on their balconies.
